Owners JoAnn and Mike Faulconer are actively involved in the daily operations of the home inspection business – JoAnn on the administrative side and Mike in the inspections. Mike spent 20 years in corporate management. During that 20 year period, he was involved with his family in the building, ownership, and operations of numerous rental properties in the Lake of the Ozarks area. This passion for homes evolved into a full-time business in 2002. Our business quickly grew into one of the busiest home inspection companies in the greater Kansas City area.
